We have won a case against Skattestyrelsen for tax-free driving allowance

We have won a tax case against the Skattestyrelsen in which we provided evidence that the client's reported tax-free driving allowance had been checked and approved by the employer. Skattestyrelsen did not consider that it was sufficiently proven that the employer had checked and approved the driving accounts and therefore increased the client's personal income with the tax free driving allowance received. We won the case in the High Court and it took several years.
