We took the case to the Supreme Court and ended up winning
We led the case and ended up winning the case in the Supreme Court with the assistance of a lawyer. We won when we had convinced the Supreme Court that the client had not made a decision which could entail a tax payment. It was a mistake on the part of the auditor alone. Furthermore, the auditor had rather quickly made SKAT himself aware of the error.
The table caught the meaning of TAX until the Supreme Court gave us the right.
