Practical and experienced advice in tax matters

You are always welcome to contact us for a free assessment of your tax case. In each case, we assess whether there is any prospect of a complaint being upheld in whole or in part. If we do not believe there is any prospect of this, we recommend that it not be appealed.

As a starting point, during the non-binding meeting, we will make a qualified assessment on the possibility of appealing and winning the tax case, explain the pros and cons, as well as the costs involved in conducting the case, and explain the rules on reimbursement of costs.

Cost reimbursement

If the apeal are able to agree to a large extent, the public will pay the entire cost of professional advice. If we do not get the majority of the votes, the public sector will pay half of the costs.
